Everything you need to know before your first match.
01How do I link my guest account?+
Open Settings → Account → Link account. Sign in with email or Google to keep your progress.
02I lost coins after a match.+
Coins are server-validated. If a match was abandoned unfairly, energy may be refunded. Contact support with your match ID.
03Why was my word marked invalid?+
Answers must match the category, start with the round letter, and pass our dictionary rules. Profanity and nonsense are rejected.
04Can I play offline?+
vs AI Practice works with limited connectivity. Ranked and multiplayer require an active connection.
05How do I get more energy?+
Energy regenerates over time, daily rewards refill it, and you can watch rewarded ads or upgrade to LexClash Pro.
