Keksbot Tech ("we", "us") operates LexClash. This policy explains what we collect, why, and your choices.
Data we collect
Account
Game display name, email, password hash, Google account identifiers, guest device identifiers.
Gameplay
Match history, scores, room participation, leaderboard placement, achievements, coins, energy, power-ups, daily reward claims.
Device & technical
Operating system, app version, IP address, session tokens, crash logs.
Payments
Subscription status and Paystack transaction references. We never store full card numbers.
Advertising
AdMob impressions, advertising IDs, and server tokens validating rewarded ad completions.
How we use data
To run matches, calculate scores, prevent cheating, process subscriptions, send support replies, improve the app, and comply with law.
Sharing
We share data only with processors that help us operate LexClash: hosting, real-time sockets, email delivery, Paystack, Google AdMob, and analytics. We do not sell personal data.
Advertising & limit ad tracking
Free users may see ads. On iOS, enable Limit Ad Tracking in Settings → Privacy → Apple Advertising. On Android, opt out of Ads Personalization in Google Settings → Ads.
Security
We use encryption in transit, hashed passwords, and access controls. No method is 100% secure; report concerns to support@lexclash.app.
Retention
We keep account data while your account is active. Guest data may expire after prolonged inactivity. Legal and fraud logs may be kept longer where required.
Your rights
Depending on your region you may access, correct, delete, export, object to, or withdraw consent for processing. Use Settings, our data-request page, or email support@lexclash.app.
International transfers
Data may be processed outside your country with appropriate safeguards.
Children under 13
LexClash is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect their data. Contact us to remove it.
